ProxyWhirl’s API references are generated before the web build:

Reference	Source
Python API	`proxywhirl.__all__`, package metadata, and object docstrings.
REST/OpenAPI	`proxywhirl.api.app.openapi()`.
CLI Reference	Typer command declarations in `proxywhirl/cli.py`.

The generated pages intentionally avoid copying historical Sphinx HTML. They are rebuilt from source metadata through pnpm run docs:generate.
